Nicole Becker explained that after separating from her husband in May, the family was forced to move into a hotel where they are limited to two beds and a mini fridge.
Becker says she has no help from her husband, now living out-of-state, and is barely getting by.
"Not only am I paying for our nightly stays, we are forced to eat out every night, which as you can imagine, is extremely costly," she said.
"And of course this is on top of bills, and medical necessity items my daughters need (glasses, hearing aids etc).
"I am struggling."
Becker says she makes too much money to qualify for state assistance. She's applied for homes, but doesn't make enough money.
Noah is 8, Benjamin is almost 7, Fiona is 5 and twins -- who have special needs -- are almost 3.
"We are grossly stuck in this situation, and I am trying like hell," she said.
"My goal has been trying to keep the kids within the school system. Their friends, YOUR children are what's helping them get through this."
